We have advised the improvisation theatre Kitas Kampas on a wide range of operational issues, including licensing agreements for plays, publishing and concluding contracts with artists, as well as organising events.
We helped the composer to conclude an agreement with the singer to co-write and record the songs.
We assisted Make It Happen Production House with contractual and intellectual property issues in creation of the animated series Babaužiukai / Babookums.
We advised a producer of lollipops selling Tutu Spot branded lollipops on the conclusion of an on-demand production contract, as well as on intellectual property issues.
We advised a growing biotechnology company on concluding an agreement with partner to license the technology they developed. We drafted the licence agreement and other transaction-related documents.
